Mucho se ha hablado en los últimos años de protocolos como la Deep Web, la Dark Web o Gopher (Jorney, s.f.), la verdad, es que al igual que en la internet normal, se pueden encontrar tanto cosas legales (Anthony, 2018; Yeung, 2014) como ilegales. Lo que tienen en común estos protocolos, es que no se puede acceder a ellos con un navegador que use las opciones por defecto, o sea se necesita un navegador especial, como Tor, o ciertos plugins, como Overbite, para poder acceder a estas redes. Una de las grandes diferencias de estas redes con la internet normal, es que no están indexadas en los buscadores que se utilizan normalmente en la web, pero cada una tiene sus propios buscadores y formas de indexación.

Much has been talked about in recent years protocols such as Deep Web, Dark Web or Gopher (Jorney, n.d.), the truth is that just as in the normal Internet, you can find both legal (Anthony, 2018; Yeung, 2014) and illegal things. What these protocols have in common, is that you can not access them with a browser that uses the default options, that is, you need a special browser, such as Tor, or certain plugins, such as Overbite, to access these networks. One of the great differences of these networks with the normal internet, is that they are not indexed in the search engines that are normally used on the web, but each one has its own search engines and indexing forms.
