El sintetizador es un dispositivo capaz de generar ondas de
sonido a través de una señal eléctrica, es decir, es un transductor capaz de
convertir una onda electromagnética a una onda acústica. Como instrumento
musical, existen desde principios del siglo XX, son utilizados en varios
estilos musicales y permiten la manipulación de distintos parámetros, como
pueden ser el timbre, la intensidad y la frecuencia de una onda (Reinoso etal., 2011).
The synthesizer is a device capable of generating sound waves through an electrical signal, that is, it is a transducer capable of converting an electromagnetic wave to an acoustic wave. As a musical instrument, they have existed since the beginning of the 20th century, they are used in various musical styles and allow the manipulation of different parameters, such as the timbre, intensity and frequency of a wave (Reinoso et al., 2011).

El Moog: Creado en 1964 por Robert Moog (Sanz, 2012) es un
sintetizador modular, es decir, contiene diferentes módulos para cada una de
las distintas funciones disponibles, por ejemplo, LFOs que son osciladores para
crear frecuencias graves o VCAs que es el encargado de controlar la amplitud de
sonido (Google Arts & Culture, n.d.)
The Moog: Created in 1964 by Robert Moog (Sanz, 2012) it is a modular synthesizer, that is, it contains different modules for each of the different functions available, for example, LFOs which are oscillators to create low frequencies or VCAs which is the responsible for controlling the amplitude of sound (Google Arts & Culture, n.d.).
Las ondas de Martenot: Creado por Maurice Martenot en 1928,
es un sintetizador monofónico que funciona con un teclado y una cinta metálica.
Este se puede tocar como un piano y con un anillo metálico que se desliza por
la cinta (Landolfi, n.d.).
The Martenot Waves: Created by Maurice Martenot in 1928, it is a monophonic synthesizer that works with a keyboard and a metallic tape. This can be played like a piano and with a metal ring that slides down the tape (Landolfi, n.d.).
El Theremin: Creado en 1920 por Leon Theremin, este se puede
tocar sin contacto directo (Miller, 2021). Por su sonido característico ha sido
utilizado tanto en música como para la creación de efectos de sonido.
